

General’s scribers are made as a basic tool for machinists, engravers, mechanics and craftspeople in layout work and tool marking. They are also used for marking and engraving on metal, glass, plastics and ceramics. Model #85 has a hardened, tempered point and is 4-1/2” long.

Precision Adjustable Trammels, #520
General’s adjustable trammels accurately measure and mark distances that are too great for conventional compasses and dividers. Trammels will accurately transfer measurements, scribe arcs and lay out circles. The points can be replaced with pencils, ballpoint pens, crayons or soapstone sticks for marking various materials
