1) Send a completed e-Account Application by fax (706) 724-8409 or mail. PO Box 1727, Augusta, GA 30903. You’ll find a copy of that application by clicking here.
2) If you haven’t already registered with RSC click here to do that online. Note: Each individual buyer must be first registered and authorized in order to be eligible for e-Account purchasing.
3) For customers who intend to strictly process e-Account orders using a Corporate credit card RSC will respond by phone or email within 24 hours to provide account number and logon information.
4) For “open credit” processing you can expect an approval period of 5-7 business days from the placement of an initial order of $500.
The advantages of establishing an e-Account with Richmond Supply:
· Any Contract Prices that you’ve negotiated with RSC will automatically be entered in our computer and made available to your company’s authorized e-Account buyers.
· Item Cross Referencing: Assuming that you have allowed us to cross-reference your items, placing an order can be as simple as your logging in and then entering your own item numbers for order placement.
· Corporate e-Account users also have various purchasing and usage reports available upon request.
· Multiple Ship-To Addresses: If you are buying for more than one plant site we are able to establish all of your various “ship to” locations in our system. And then, when you’re purchasing online, you can simply select the appropriate “ship to” address for that order.
