Robin Subaru’s Trash Water Pump is a tough machine with a long list of features. A silicon-carbide mechanical seal provides stamina for tough applications. A cast-iron impeller and volute is able to withstand suspended debris that gets sucked through the strainer. Its die cast pump housing is made of a heavy-duty aluminum, and has an access plug that needs no special tools. It has a shimmable impeller to volute, with a clearance that can be adjusted as the pump wears from dirt and grit. And most importantly, an efficient 9HP Robin engine moves up to 5,100 gallons of water per hour. The pump includes a tool kit, strainer, hose band and pump cover wrench.

Nelco’s NP-221 heat shrink tubing is a good general-purpose, flame-retardant insulation for UL, CSA and MIL-DTL-23053/5 applications, or for cable and component covering. It is made of a flexible polyolefin with a 2:1 shrink ratio. When freely recovered, the tubing will shrink to 50% of its as-supplied internal diameter. The recovered wall thickness is proportional to the degree of recovery. Available in red or blue.

Tygon tubing offers outstanding chenical resistance and is non-oxidizing and non-contaminating. Long-lasting and crack-resistant, it is less permeable than rubber tubing and has a glassy-smooth inner bore for easy cleanup. It is specially formulated to resist flex fatigue and abrasion, and can hold full vacuum at room temperature. Tygon tubing works very well for many applications, including general laboratory use, analytical instruments, peristatic and vacuum pumps and machinery such as condensers, incubators, desiccators, gas lines and drain lines.

Poly-Flo Polyethylene Tubing
Imperial’s Poly-Flo polyethylene tubing is well-known as an economical thermoplastic tubing that works well in low temperatures and pressures. It has a great dimensional stability, and its high molecular weight provides greater strength, more uniform structure and better resistance to the elements. It resists most chemicals and solvents, and withstands a corrosive atmosphere when the fitting is protected. It also has the greatest resistance to environmental stress-cracking of all regular polyethylene resins – greater than 500 hours in Igepal solution! This tubing works well in many applications, including chemical plants, instrumentation, metal-working plants and paper mills.

Kuriyama’s BF-series hose is a heavy-wall food and beverage grade hose made of crystal-clear PVC, formulated to meet applicable FDA, USDA, 3A and NSF regulations and California Proposition 65. It contains NSF-51 and NSF-61 certified materials and is reinforced with spiraled polyester yarn and longitudinal blue tracer yarn for identification. The hose is also light weight, chemical-resistant, self-extinguishing, non-marking, non-toxic and silicone-free. The service temperature range is from 25° to 150°F (-4° to 65°C).
This hose is ideal for food and beverage dispensing, deionized water, liquid food products, air and water lines, powdered food products, potable water transfer, air breathing lines, pneumatic lines and packaging machines.

Imperial’s Impolene polyallomer tubing is ideally suited for use at temperatures greater than 225°. It can be repeatedly steam-sterilized, and offers excellent corrosion resistance (greater than nylon or polyethylene in some cases). This tubing has a high surface hardness and elasticity, which provides good abrasion resistance, and it is not subject to environmental cracking. The water absorption rate is less than .01%, and it also has extremely low absorption of mineral and vegetable oils. It has dimensional stability and low diametrical expansion. This tubing works well with a wide range of applications, including instrument, pneumatic and lubricant lines, low pressure hydraulic lines and process lines for gases, chemicals and solvents.

Imperial’s Nylo-seal nylon tubing was designed for a broad range of installations, including food conducting applications. It is constructed of Nylon 11, which eliminates the problems of embrittlement or swelling that can occur with ordinary nylon tubing. It has an extremely low moisture absorption (1.9%, compared to 16% for other nylons). It does not require moisture for flexibility because of its unique molecular structure, so it does not become brittle, even though it maintains the advantages of other nylons such as toughness, resilience and chemical compatibility. It has a high corrosion resistance, and is not affected by common solvents, alkalis, petroleum oils, greases and photographic solutions. It also offers excellent resistance to flexual fatigue, and can be used where there is vibration or tube movement. This tubing works well with a wide range of applications, including instrument, lubricant, air and hydrocarbon fuel lines; process lines for gases, chemicals and oils; fuel and oil; coolant lines for air conditioning and refrigeration equipment; low pressure hydraulic lines; food and beverages.
