Goodyear’s Plicord Washdown hose is a quality water discharge hose for the environments typically found in paper mills and other industrial operations. It offers both flexibility and an integral rubber nozzle. The tube and body are made of Plioflex synthetic rubber, while the reinforcement is made of spiral plied synthetic fabric. The temperature range is -25°F to 200°F (-32°C to 93°C).

The tube is made of EPDM (type P), reinforced with multiple plies of synthetic, high-tensile textile. The cover is made of SBR (type D). This hose can handle temperatures between -40°F and 180°F (-40°C to 82°C), continuous service.

The tube and body are made of high-density Pliovic compound, while the reinforcement of a rigid high-density Pliovic helix. The temperature range is 15°F to 150°F (-9°C to 65°C).

POLYWIRE PVC Food Beverage Hose
Kuriyama’s Polywire hose is a heavy-wall food and beverage grade vacuum/transfer hose with rated working pressures. It is made of crystal-clear PVC, formulated to meet applicable FDA, USDA, 3A and NSF regulations and California Proposition 65, and reinforced with helically-wound spring steel wire. The wire reinforcement prevents kinking or collapsing, and ensures that the hose diameter will not expand under normal pressure, and it can also be used for static dissipation with properly grounded. The crystal-clear PVC allows visual confirmation of product flow through a glass-smooth interior that also reduces buildup. The hose is also chemical-resistant, self-extinguishing, non-marking, non-toxic and silicone-free. The service temperature range is from 25° to 150°F (-4° to 65°C).
This hose is ideal for full vacuum lines, industrial vacuum pumps, food and beverage dispensing, air and water supply lines, car wash applications, coolant lines, air breathing lines, pneumatic parts transfer and deionized water systems.

ORIGINAL BAND-IT – The original Band-It Tool is a drop forged tool with tensioning capability of over 2,400 lbs and a built-in cutter. New improved features include:

• A spring loaded gripper lever for improved band tensioning

• A friction held cutoff lever with plastic grip for easier operation

• A blue, epoxy powder coated finish virtually impervious to impact, chemicals

and corrosive elements

• A spring handle retaining ring to keep parts intact.

GIANT BAND-IT – The Giant Tool must be used to apply heavy-duty Giant clamps. Measuring 16-1/2″ in length, it is designed to pull up to 16,000 pounds.

BAND-IT JR. ADAPTER, HEAVY DUTY JR. ADAPTER – Band-It Jr. Smooth ID Clamps and Preformed Clamps are applied with the original Band-It tool and the Jr. Adapter tool. For portable applications, use the Heavy Duty Jr. Adapter tool.

CENTER PUNCH – These ratchet-action tensioning tools are used to apply Center Punch and Center Punch Open-End clamps with a center punch lock. This model is used for 3/8″ (9.53mm) wide and 5/8″ (15.99mm) wide clamps.

POK-IT II – A smaller, more portable Band-It model, used to apply 1/4″ and 3/8″ width clamps It can also be used for free-end clamps in a wide range of sizes.
