ToolsIntertuf 708 is a two-part low VOC, high solids coal tar epoxy that is used on correctly prepared steel and concrete surfaces. Its high build formulation provides good corrosion resistance in a single coat application, along with excellent chemical and abrasion resistance. It was designed for use in severe marine, offshore and industrial process environments subject to dilute acids, alkalis and other chemicals. It can also be used in a wide variety of immersion conditions (such as splashzone areas of offshore platforms and drilling rigs, pilings and bridges), factory and site application, and as an industrial maintenance coating. Intertuf 708 is available in a black or brown finish, and provides a semi-gloss coat. For best results and maximum one-coat build, airless spray should be used to apply it.
