Solidur’s TIVAR Recycled sheets offer a lower cost, high quality material for less demanding, non-FDA applications. They are made of a unique blend of virgin and regenerated engineering polymers. The sheets provide a low coefficient of friction, reduce noise, do not absorb moisture, resist corrosion and wear, and are self-lubricating. They are particularly strong, and can easily tolerate chemical exposure, excessive noise, frequent washdowns, even submerged applications. Because of this, they work well in the forestry industry, pulp and paper mills and recreational uses such as amusement parks or playgrounds. In addition to the green sheets listed below, TIVAR Recycled is also available in a marble black finish.

V-Guides Bondable Cleats
Flexco’s Tatch-A-Cleat bondable cleats allow belt fabricators to customize belts for your specific conveying needs. They can increase conveyor incline without damaging product or causing roll-back, thus maximizing floor space. The cleats can also accommodate special sorting needs, or help track belts. They can be used in food and sanitary applications, and are made of FDA-approved PVC and rubber compounds. PVC cleats are attached by a heat weld or chemical bond process, while rubber cleats are attached by a hot vulcanized or chemical bond process.
